Our pattern makers have years of experience specializing in production patterns using our tuka tech software.

SAMPLE

This is the first prototype of your project.

WE CUT AND SEW THE FIRST SAMPLE OF YOUR CREATION, USING THE CHOSEN MATERIALS YOU PROVIDE US WITH. IF YOU’RE A LOCAL CLIENT, YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR SAMPLE AT STITCH texas. IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL, WE’RE HAPPY TO SHIP YOUR SAMPLE TO YOU TO REVIEW FOR YOUR INITIAL FITTING.

FITTING

We can either conduct your fitting in person using a live fit model or deliver your sample. this will allow you to try it on yourself or your fit model to provide us detailed feedback.

PATTERN REVISIONS

This is where we perfect the fit based on what adjustments need to be made following the fitting.

PATTERN CARD

ONCE THE DEVELOPMENT IS COMPLETED, WE WILL SEND YOU YOUR DIGITAL PATTERN CARD IN A PDF VERSION AS WELL AS IN A .DXF FILE, WHICH IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FORMAT. THIS WILL ENSURE THAT IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO USE YOUR PATTERN CARD WITH ANOTHER MANUFACTURER, YOU WILL OWN ALL ACCESS TO THESE DIGITAL FILES AND HAVE IT IN A FORMAT THAT CAN BE READ WITH VIRTUALLY ANY PATTERN MAKING SOFTWARE AND BY ANY MANUFACTURER.

TECH PACK

TECH PACKS ARE AN INDUSTRY STANDARD FILE THAT CONTAINS ALL OF THE ESSENTIAL INFORMATION TO CLEARLY AND EFFECTIVELY TRANSFER INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT FROM DESIGNER OR DEVELOPER TO THE MANUFACTURER. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: TECHNICAL ILLUSTRATIONS, POM, CALLOUTS, BOM, GRADED SPECS, LABEL/HANG TAG, ISO STITCH CLASS, CUTTERS MUST.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT SERVICE

This is a required monthly service that covers the entirety of your project to avoid any hidden fees. the project management service will allow you access to our vetted sourcing contacts, bi-weekly phone calls with your account manager and the storage of your fabric and trims.
